We will have a brief phone at no charge to discuss the fit between the help you are seeking and my practice. We will talk about what kind of support, schedule, and psychotherapist would be best.
First sessions are aimed at creating a therapeutic relationship and clarifying your goals. It is important to understand each person’s needs and wishes in order to make true progress. Personal history, family culture, present circumstances, traumas, and relationship details are all important.
Beyond our initial meetings, I see individuals weekly for 50-minute sessions. Eventually, we may reduce the frequency of meetings.
